InfiniHub terms of service.
The terms for using InfiniHub, the Infinisync Hub platform, alongside each organisation's signed agreement with us.

The agreement
Your organisation's contract comes first
InfiniHub, the Infinisync Hub platform, is provided by Infinisync (Infinisync by Arotech), referred to here as "we" or "us", to organisations under a signed agreement. That agreement sets the scope, fees, service levels and data terms, and takes priority over this page.
These terms apply to everyone who uses a Hub, including an organisation's staff. Infinisync's general terms also apply.
Organisations
What the customer organisation is responsible for
Having the right to connect the systems, documents and channels it brings into the Hub, and telling its people how their information is used.
Deciding who can sign in and what each person can see, and keeping that up to date when people join or leave.
Setting the rules for which kinds of information may be sent to an AI model, and reviewing them with us during setup.
Acceptable use
Using a Hub properly
Use the Hub only for your organisation's work and only with information you are allowed to use. Do not try to see data you have not been given access to, get around the Hub's rules, or attack, overload or reverse-engineer it.
We may suspend access that puts the service, the organisation or other people at risk, and will tell the organisation when we do.
AI answers
Check answers before relying on them
The Hub uses AI models to answer questions and to act. Answers cite the records they came from, but can still be incomplete or wrong. Check important answers against the source before relying on them, and do not treat them as legal, financial or medical advice.
Actions agents take are limited to what the organisation has enabled, and are recorded.
Data
Your organisation's data stays its own
The organisation keeps ownership of the data it puts into its Hub. We use it only to provide the service to that organisation.
At the end of the agreement, the organisation can export its data, and we delete its environment as set out on the InfiniHub data deletion page.
