About
We build software that lives inside your business.
Not a service you log into. A layer installed on infrastructure you own,
reading what you already have.
Who we are
Infinisync is built by Arotech.
Arotech was founded in 2019. Everything on this page —
Infinisync, Maglis, NexusSync and EnrichX — is built and maintained by
the same team.
Which has a practical consequence: the people who install the software are
the people who wrote it, and they stay on after it is running.
What we make
Four products, one idea.
Each takes something a company already produces — conversations, content,
transactions, operations — and makes it usable.
Infinisync
The Company Operating System
One intelligence layer installed inside a business, on infrastructure that business owns. It reads the systems, spreadsheets, documents, messages, cameras and machines a company already has, answers questions across all of them in plain language, and runs always-on agents that watch, chase, prepare and report. Built once, then fitted to twelve industries.
Arabic-native meeting intelligence
A bot joins the call on Zoom, Meet or Teams, transcribes bilingually with dialect and code-switching support, then produces the artifact you actually send — a proposal, minutes, or action items — drafted in the call's dominant language. Most tools give you a transcript in English. Maglis gives you the finished document. It is also the meetings component of the operating system, and works in every sector.
NexusSync
Headless content management
A headless CMS: content is authored and structured in one place, then delivered to whatever needs it — a website, an app, a screen, another system — through an API rather than being locked to a single front end.
EnrichX
Financial transaction enrichment
Turns raw financial transactions into something legible. Cryptic bank and card descriptors become identifiable merchants, categories and context — the difference between a statement line nobody can interpret and a record you can actually reason about.
How we work
Four things we do not compromise on.
01 Installed, not rented
Everything runs on infrastructure the client owns — their own cloud account, or a server we put in their building. There is no shared database with other companies in it.
02 Nothing gets replaced
We read the accounting system, the spreadsheets, the paperwork and the messages as they are. Nobody is asked to migrate, and nobody is asked to change how they work.
03 Evidence, not assertion
Every answer points back to the record it came from. Anything that spends money or reaches a customer waits for a human. If a figure is not known, the system says so rather than estimating.
04 We stay
The work is a monthly retainer, not a handover. We run it, keep it working as the business changes, and add to it every month.
Where we work
Mid-size companies, in Arabic and English.
Our clients are businesses running on spreadsheets, message threads and paper —
where every real answer depends on the one person who holds it all.
They rarely have an internal technology function, which is why the work is
installed and maintained rather than sold and left.
