What this policy covers
This policy applies to this website and to every Infinisync product. Some products have their own privacy page with the details specific to them; where they do, that page adds to this one.
This website
What this website collects
This website has no sign-up, no forms and no advertising or analytics trackers. It does not set cookies of its own.
Like any website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver and protect the site.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and use it only to reply to you.
How we work
Principles across our products
We collect only what a product needs to do the job you use it for, and use it only for that job.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
When a product relies on another company to work (for example a messaging platform, a cloud provider or an AI model provider), we name those companies on the product's own privacy page.
We keep information only as long as the product needs it, and delete it when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing team@theinfinisync.com.
