InfiniHub · Data deletion

Delete your InfiniHub data.

How people and organisations can delete information held in InfiniHub, the Infinisync Hub platform.

InfiniHub is a product of Infinisync by Arotech. Last updated 1 November 2026.

In the Hub

Delete things yourself

You can delete your own conversations with the Hub at any time.

Deleting a file you uploaded removes the original file and everything the Hub extracted from it.

Some types of record are deleted automatically after a period your organisation sets.

People

Ask for your personal information to be deleted

Your organisation decides what happens to the information in its Hub, so ask your organisation first. It can remove your access and your data, and we will carry out its instructions.

You can also email team@theinfinisync.com with the subject "InfiniHub data deletion", naming the organisation and the account you used. We will work with your organisation to handle the request and confirm by email.

The audit record of requests made to AI models is kept so organisations can check what the Hub did. Names and contact details in it were already replaced with placeholders before anything was recorded.

Organisations

Deleting an entire Hub

When an organisation stops using InfiniHub, or asks us to, we delete its whole environment: the application, the database with all its records, documents and conversations, the key vault holding its secrets, and its sign-in registrations.

Before that, the organisation can export its data.

Database backups expire within 7 days of deletion, and the key vault is permanently purged once its 7-day recovery period ends. Application logs expire within 30 days.
